The All Saints’ Academy Board of Trustees manages the Academy on behalf of the Academy Trust.

The Board of Trustees is made up of representatives from the Diocese of Gloucester, the Local Authority, the Chair of Trustees, two Partner Trustees, the Principal, and representatives of the parents and staff at the Academy.

The responsibilities of the Board of Trustees include, but are not limited to the following:

• ensuring the quality of educational provision at the Academy

• challenging and monitoring the performance of the Academy

• managing the Academy Trust’s finances and property

• employing staff

• exercising reasonable skill and care in carrying out their duties

The Full Board of Trustees meet six or more times per year, with the three Governing Committees (Standards and Steering, Staff and Resources and Welfare and Ethos) also meeting once a half term.

The Chair of Trustees is Mr Henry Watson.
